Eminem, real name Marshall Mathers, is not known for mincing his words when it comes to talking about his adversaries, with everybody from former US president George Bush to his own mother and father feeling the heat over the years.
However one particular individual who has been a target for Mathers over the years is Combs, with some of the rapper’s barbs taking a darker turn amid the latter’s current legal trouble.
As reader’s will most likely be aware, Combs is currently facing a long list of criminal charges for sex trafficking and racketeering and is currently in prison awaiting trial, charges which he has since strongly denied.
Here are all the times Eminem has taken aim at Combs in his lyrics:
(1996) – ‘F****** crazy’
“Original Bad Boy on the case, cover your face. Came in the place blowed, and sprayed Puffy with Mase.”
Just a rather tongue and cheek jab at Diddy and fellow rapper Mase.
(2000) – ‘Marshall Mathers’
“You little groupie b****, get off me, go f**k Puffy.”
At this point Eminem had established himself as a young artist willing to take on heavyweights, like Diddy, in the industry.
(2000) – ‘I’m Back’
“Cause if I ever stuck it to any singer in showbiz. It’d be Jennifer Lopez and Puffy, you know this. I’m sorry, Puff, but I don’t give a f**k.”
This was seemingly reference to the fact that Jennifer Lopez and Diddy dated between 1999 and 2001, and that Eminem would like to be… well, intimate with the singer.

While his previous bars were crass they can be seen as pretty playful but towards the end of the 2010’s Eminem’s shots at Diddy’s seemed to take a more serious tone.
(2018) – ‘Killshot’
“Kells, the day you put out a hit is the day Diddy admits that he put the hit out that got Pac killed.”
Admittedly, Eminem did end the song by saying ‘I’m just playing, Diddy, you know I love you,’. This suggested he might not have believed what he was rapping, despite Diddy and B.I.G. having a well-documented beef with west coast rappers, most notably Tupac.
(2020) – ‘Godzilla’
“They call me Diddy because I make bands, and I call getting cheese a cakewalk.”
This bar is a massive throwback to Diddy’s MTV reality TV show, Making The Band, from the early 2000s. Aspiring singers or artists would compete for a chance to be the producer’s next big music group.

In one infamous episode, Diddy made the group members walk six miles across the Brooklyn Bridge to fetch him a slice of cheesecake from a specific bakery.
This incident wasn’t received well by viewers, as some deemed it humiliating and pointless, despite Diddy saying he wanted to test their commitment and resilience.
The rapper’s latest album, The Death of Slim Shady (Coup De Grâce), appeared to allude to the ongoing legal troubles and accusations Diddy has been facing.
(2024) – ‘Fuel’
“Notorious B.I.G.’s death was the domino effect of Tupac’s murder, like facial tissue, whose clock should I clean next? Puff’s?
“Til he’s in police handcuffs, guilty, will he step up?”
And from the same song, he added: “A R-A-P-E-R. Got so many S-As, S-As. Wait, he didn’t just spell RAPPER and leave out a P, did he?…”

The song seems a little less referential and more prophetic considering the ongoing legal issues the rapper and producer now faces.
(2024) – ‘Antichrist’
“Next idiot ask me is getting his ass beat worse than Diddy did — But on the real, though, she probably ran out the room with his f**king dildo.”
A line referencing the Cassie and Diddy video that stunned the world, as well as the sexual assault allegations against the Bad Boy record producer.

Eminem’s fans have been devouring the contents of his latest album The Death of Slim Shady (Coup de Grace) and are pretty certain they know what he’s on about.
The man himself has said that you ought to listen to the whole thing in order from start to finish rather than shuffling up the tracks.
Taking to social media on the eve of the album’s release, he wrote: “Public service announcement: the ‘death of slim shady’ is a conceptual album, therefore, if you listen to songs out of order they might not make sense.
“Enjoy.”
Keeping that in mind, tracks number eight and nine would appear to have some rather choice words for Diddy, real name Sean Combs.
The eighth track on The Death of Slim Shady is titled ‘Antichrist’, and Diddy gets called out by name in it.

In the song, Eminem is spitting the follow bars: “Next idiot ask me is gettin’ his ass beat worse than Diddy did. But on the real, though (Why?)
“She prolly ran out the room with his f**kin’ dildo (Come here)
“He try to field goal punt her, she said to chill (No).”
It probably should be noted that after the words ‘Diddy did’ there’s a second or two of dead silence as though the audio cuts out completely.
The lyrics would appear to be a reference to the released footage of Diddy assaulting his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura at a hotel in 2016.
Diddy apologised for the incident, saying he was ‘disgusted then when I did it, I am disgusted now’, while Ventura had filed a lawsuit alleging that he ‘frequently beat’ her which was later settled.

Eminem gave Diddy both barrels, as in the album’s next song ‘Fuel’ it sounded like he went back in for another go.
A particular chunk of the lyrics to ‘Fuel’ go: “I’m like a R-A-P-E-R (Yeah)
“Got so many S-As (S-As), S-As (Huh)
“Wait, he didn’t just spell the word, ‘Rapper’ and leave out a P, did he? (Yep)”
‘P, did he’ sounds a lot like P Diddy, and the animosity between the pair seems evident.
Needless to say, Eminem’s fans are calling it the ‘hardest Diddy diss bar we’ve possibly ever heard’ and said he ‘went in on Diddy’.
Someone else said you’d be ‘dying of alcohol poisoning if you took a shot every time Eminem disses Diddy in the new album’.
Everyone expected that an album titled The Death of Slim Shady might involve Eminem putting his abrasive character to rest, however, they might not have expected how hard Slim Shady would go down swinging.

Sharon Osbourne has revealed why she ‘never’ attended one of P Diddy’s infamous parties.
Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is currently in jail and facing all sorts of allegations as he awaits trial on sex trafficking and racketeering charges.
Among the accusations are claims that he used his ‘power and prestige’ to drug sex workers during ‘freak offs’ at his parties, to which Diddy has pleaded not guilty.
He’ll stay behind bars for now as he has been denied bail, with his legal representatives saying he ‘looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court’.

Among the lawsuits filed against him are ones which allege he raped women, sexually assaulted men, molested a 16-year-old boy and raped a 13-year-old girl.
Since then, a number of comments he made about his former parties have resurfaced, including Diddy saying he might be arrested for them in a 1999 interview.
The singer also told Ellen in 2009 that ‘a different type of party’ starts after midnight, while a photographer who attended ’20 to 30′ of them said the infamous White Parties would start off innocently enough with celebrities bringing their families.
However, they said that there’d be a warning that it was time to leave the kids behind and from then on things would change.
The Daily Mail recently asked Sharon Osbourne whether she’d attended any of Diddy’s parties, with the music producer saying she and her family never went to them because they were never invited.

She said: “It’s not like he’s ever going to invite an older ”f**king woman’ to a White Party.”
Of the charges and allegations made against Combs, Osbourne said ‘he was so nice to me, I never knew that side of him’.
Since the allegations against Diddy have been made, there have been others who have spoken about his infamous parties.
Hip hop singer 50 Cent, real name Curtis Jackson, said he didn’t go to Diddy’s parties as they were ‘not my style’.
He said: “Look, if you into that, you into that, I’m fine with it. To each his own.
“I’m just sayin’ this ain’t my motherf**king kind of party. It’s uncomfortable.
“I think I belong in the girls’ bathroom when s**t like that is going on.”
He said this was ‘just saying what I’ve been saying for 10 years’ and announced he was also making a documentary about the accusations made against Diddy.

In a statement, 50 Cent and director Alexandria Stapleton said: “This is a story with significant human impact.
“It is a complex narrative spanning decades, not just the headlines or clips seen so far.
“We remain steadfast in our commitment to give a voice to the voiceless and to present authentic and nuanced perspectives.
“While the allegations are disturbing, we urge all to remember that Sean Combs’s story is not the full story of hip hop and its culture.
“We aim to ensure that individual actions do not overshadow the culture’s broader contributions.

A celebrity photographer who attended some of Diddy’s parties claimed there was a ‘warning for children’.
Real name Sean Combs, Diddy recently issued a damning statement from jail following reports that 120 alleged victims are going to come forward with sexual assault claims.
The hip-hop music star has denied allegations and is currently being held behind bars after pleading not guilty to charges of racketeering, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion and transportation to engage in prostitution.
Diddy is known for having thrown infamous parties filled with celebrities from across the entertainment industry. And celebrity photographer Selma Fonseca went to ‘20 to 30 Diddy parties’ throughout her career.

The celebrity photographer described ‘all his parties’ as ‘incredible’ as she recalled: “The best food, the best music, drinks, entertainers, people with fire.”
Explaining how party goers ‘could have whatever you wanted’, she said they were almost like being at ‘a mini circus’. In the indictment presented in court last month, it was alleged ‘Freak Offs’ would take place at parties which were ‘elaborate produced sex performances that Combs arranged, directed, masturbated during, and often electronically recorded’.
Saying she didn’t witness these alleged events, Fonseca added how there was ‘no VIP area that was closed off’ but some people got to go inside whereas others weren’t allowed.

Fonesca added how most of the time, the parties would start off innocently with various celebs’ children being in tow.
But when parents were told to put them down, ‘things were going to get crazy’.
In a video obtained by Fox News Digital, Diddy can be heard warning parents to ‘put the kids away’ so everyone else could get their ‘groove on.’
“We fed ya’ll, gave ya’ll some drinks. Now it’s time to enjoy life,” the music mogul said. “This is a celebration of life. This is the legendary white party. And to all the kids, the kids have an hour left.
“Get extra comfortable kids, because after that, ya’ll got to go. It’s a wrap for ya’ll. Because this thing turns into something that when ya’ll get older, ya’ll are going to want to come to.
“Let’s start to get our groove on and in an hour we’ll put the kids away.”

A journalist who went onto a yacht with Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs to interview him has said several small details about that afternoon now look different, according to her, given the allegations against him.
The musician has faced a torrent of accusations and is currently jailed at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn as he awaits trial on charges of sex trafficking and racketeering.
Combs has denied the allegations against him and issued a plea of not guilty after he was accused of using his ‘power and prestige’ to drug sex workers for his alleged ‘freak offs’.
US attorney Damian Williams claimed that Diddy ‘used the business empire he controlled to sexually abuse and exploit women, as well as to commit other acts of violence and obstruction of justice’.
A legal statement from Combs’ representatives said that ‘in court the truth will prevail’, adding: “Mr Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor.”

His children also released a joint statement criticising ‘false narratives’ and ‘conspiracy theories’, making their support for their father quite clear.
A number of new lawsuits have been filed against Combs in recent days, including ones which allege the rape of a 13-year-old girl and of drugging and sexually assaulting a 10-year-old boy.
Writing in the Daily Telegraph, Celia Walden said that when she looked back at a 2008 interview she did with Diddy where her conclusion was that he was ‘just plain shy’ it now ‘actively made me squirm’.
Writing that whenever a celebrity becomes mired in scandal, there will be plenty who met them who will come out and say they always had ‘a feeling’, Walden said she got that from someone like Harvey Weinstein but not immediately from Combs.
She said that when she spent an afternoon on a yacht with him, she saw a ‘philanderer, a narcissist and a control freak’ who made her photographer agree not to take pictures that included his bare feet in them, but at the time, believed him when he said he owed everything to his mum and was most concerned with getting as far from his poor origins.
However, Walden also said that she’s since looked back at some of the other details from that interview on a yacht, including when he ‘snickered when I choked on the industrial-strength cocktail set down before me’ and that he ‘clearly wasn’t wearing any underwear’ – which she believes have ‘taken on sinister new meanings’.

She also wrote that she was wondering whether any of the ‘prone, oil-slicked bodies lying around the deck of that 180-ft yacht’ had been participants in the alleged ‘freak offs’ Diddy is now accused of carrying out.
The interviewer noted that in these situations the person you’re speaking to is ‘invariably performing for you and obviously on their best behaviour’ so it’s hard to form a clear picture of them.
She’s not the only person who has encountered Combs who is now re-evaluating her past experiences with him.
Celebrity photographer Selma Fonseca said she attended between 20 and 30 Diddy parties, but not the alleged ‘freak offs’, and recounted a ‘scary moment where her camera was taken off her.
She said: “Diddy was in a VIP area, and I saw there was a girl next to him that I had never seen before.
“I took pictures of him with the girl, and he told his bodyguard ‘go get her camera.’ The bodyguard came and said ‘let me see the pictures’.
“Diddy looked at the pictures, and I’m waiting, and he’s pouring shots, having fun. He did eventually give me my camera back.
“He never asked me for my camera, I had been photographing the man for 20 years. It was scary, but he knew better.”
